Mental Health Awareness Month


As a reminder for mental health awareness month May 1st – May 31st and an attempt to stem away from the stigma associated with mental health, Standard Motor Products highly encourages employees to take a look at the mental health benefits we offer.

For anyone coping with stress, seeking a deeper sense of purpose or trying to improve relationships, Joyages is equipped to help you achieve that goal by granting you access to experienced psychologists and brain health researchers. Employees and their family members are granted free access 24/7 and are only required to spend 3 minutes daily with their digital life coach for overall mental health improvement.

This benefit can be accessed by downloading the Joyages app with our unlocking code: SMP21 or contact Joyages at: Info@joyages.com.

Teladoc services also provide access to mental health care for employees enrolled in one of our medical plans. Your benefits include the ability to get your diagnosis, treatment and/or prescription virtually or in person. Employees enrolled in our PPO plan do not pay for virtual therapy visits, their first psychiatrist visit, even ongoing psychiatrist visits.

LiveHealth Online helps facilitate employees’ access to the care they need when they need it with no appointments required or long wait times. If they are having trouble coping on their own, they can either talk to a board-certified psychiatrist or licensed therapist online or set up an in person visit in just four (4) days or less for medication management support. LiveHealth Online appointments are at zero cost for employees enrolled in SMP PPO plan.

However, employees enrolled in SMP HSA Health plan will be charged based on their visits that will go towards their deductibles. All employees must sign up with LiveHealth Online to access those benefits.
