2023 Benefits Changes

  • The PPO plan will now have an emergency room copay of a $250.
  • There will be no additional changes to the medical plan (no increase to deductibles, co-insurance, contributions or out of pocket maximums)
  • We will have a new mental health vendor, Spring Health with an EAP (Employee Assistance Program) / Employee Resource Program. This benefit will be accessible to all employees and their dependents regardless of being on one of our medical plans.
  • Live Health Online will be our sole telemedicine vendor for the entirety of 2023 as they are a partner to Anthem.
  • Parental Leave for our non-child bearing parent will increase from 6 weeks to 8 weeks of leave time.
  • SMP will end its partnerships with HealthAdvocate, Teladoc, and Joyages at the end of 2022.
